To provide effective management, delivery and tracking of various operational and administrative tasks to maintain the day-to-day efficient operation of Field Operations in relation to Health & Safety, resource planning, procurement and equipment. Also to support key Water Distribution performance commitments (WQ contacts & C-MeX) through validation and provision of insight
Where You Fit In
As our Performance Technician you will
- Resource Planning & Scheduling: Manage Field Technician rotas, track holidays/lieu time, and coordinate training with relevant teams.
- Procurement & Logistics: Order and track tools, chemicals, and materials via SAP Ariba; manage vehicle spot hires and generator fuel levels.
- Performance Reporting: Produce management information from systems like Visible Valve and PoWRA to support performance reviews.
- Budget & Overtime Monitoring: Track SAP Ariba expenditures and Field Ops overtime for budget reporting.
- Training Compliance: Maintain and monitor Field Ops training records to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
- Asset Maintenance Support: Coordinate building and grounds maintenance, including supplier liaison and quote management.
- Health & Safety Oversight: Maintain equipment inventory and service schedules; track Working Time Directive compliance; attend Safety Action Group meetings.
- Customer & Environmental Performance: Validate water quality contacts, review customer feedback for C-MeX, chase supply interruption data, and support pollution mitigation efforts.
