We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen operation at Cup of Joy London. We are searching for someone who can lead a team, maintain high standards, control kitchen operations, and grow with the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Managing daily kitchen operations and service flow
  • Leading and motivating the kitchen team
  • Maintaining food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and compliance
  • Stock control and supplier management
  • Labour scheduling and rota management
  • Reducing waste and maintaining food cost targets
  • Ensuring consistency and speed during service
  • Supporting recruitment and staff training

Requirements

  • Previous Kitchen Manager or Senior Sous Chef experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in fast-paced restaurants or QSR operations
  • Good understanding of food cost and labour management
  • Strong hygiene and compliance knowledge
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
