Training Programme Lead
Location: Based at our Wymondham, Norfolk office and travel as required
Salary: 28,000 pro rata
Hours: 22.5 hours a week. Flexible hours, generally between 9am and 5pm
Contract: 6 months fixed term. Position to be extended if sufficient sales are created during the fixed period

We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for designing, implementing and marketing our training programme. The team member will be responsible for finding sales leads (for example schools, charities or other public sector organisations), making direct sales, and adjusting the training programme offering based on client feedback.

This training programme will support the organisation financially allowing Cup-O-T to continue to provide mental health support for young people.

In this post you will:

  • Develop an online and in-person training programme (with guidance on content from the team)
  • Build relationships with potential customers in the community
  • Promote the training programme online and in person
  • Meet sales targets to financially support the not for profit work of Cup-O-T: Wellness and Therapy Services
