We are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner who is 1-3 Years PQE to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters.
- Manage a broad range of residential conveyancing transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build properties
- Other general residential conveyancing matters
Manage own caseload of 10–20 new instructions per month.
Work as a stand-alone fee earner (without support staff initially).
Assist in developing and expanding the Croydon office.

The Ideal Candidate
- Has 1-3 Years PQE with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Is a confident and effective communicator with strong client care skills.
- Is organised and capable of managing their own files independently.

- Is willing and motivated to engage in business development and networking activities.
- Is comfortable commencing the role as a stand-alone fee earner, with the opportunity to build a team as the caseload grows.
