Cunningham is seeking a Learning & Talent Development Lead to design and deliver the Company's learning, development and early careers strategies. The role focuses on apprentices, HLAs, placements and graduates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline to support long-term workforce planning.
You will lead initiatives to enhance capability, engagement and retention, provide KPI reporting to Directors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while partnering with managers and industry bodies.
