What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot system issues and identify programming errors.
- Install or add devices to existing systems.
- Diagnose and repair wiring and communication problems.
- Respond to service calls and critical trouble alerts.
- Change system batteries and perform preventive maintenance.
- Maintain detailed records of service, materials, and findings.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent Cunningham with professionalism.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience as a security/fire alarm service technician.
- NICET certification required.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Must be able to lift up to 80lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Clean background check and valid driver’s license.
Pay Range: USD $35.00 – USD $45.00 /Hr.
