What You’ll Do

  • Troubleshoot system issues and identify programming errors.
  • Install or add devices to existing systems.
  • Diagnose and repair wiring and communication problems.
  • Respond to service calls and critical trouble alerts.
  • Change system batteries and perform preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain detailed records of service, materials, and findings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent Cunningham with professionalism.

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience as a security/fire alarm service technician.
  • NICET certification required.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Must be able to lift up to 80lbs and handle physically demanding tasks.
  • Clean background check and valid driver’s license.

Pay Range: USD $35.00 – USD $45.00 /Hr.
