You’ll learn to build a kitchen in the Mitchells & Butlers way and you could already be working as a commercial catering manager, head chef, or senior sous chef ready to step up.
During six months of training you’ll be coached to inspire your team, manage orders and stock, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of food and hygiene.
