Cundall is a leading provider of creative and sustainable design solutions. We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative, and dedicated Administrator to join the UK&I Professional Support team and assist multi‑disciplined engineers in our Newcastle office.
Responsibilities
- Reception cover: answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Control of incoming and outgoing post
- Production and formatting of documents to conform to Cundall standards
- Arranging meeting rooms for meetings, seminars, interviews, etc.
- Assisting with the set up for hosted events in the office
- Arranging courier services for outgoing parcels and packages
- Monitoring stationery stock levels, keeping print room, PPE and stationery cupboards organised and tidy
- Assistance in coordinating staff training sessions
- Maintaining the office and kitchen areas and running general errands on and off‑site as required
- Establishing productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders and providing comprehensive back‑office support to the leadership team in Newcastle
Skills & Qualifications
- Practical office administration experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Highly organised, proactive, and conscientious with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Initiative, effective communication skills, and a professional telephone manner
- Confident communicator both over the phone and in person, able to prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills and a high level of personal presentation
