The Opportunity - Senior Design ManagerWe are seeking experienced Design Managers to join our growing Data Centre team at both Senior and Associate level. These roles offer the opportunity to take a key position in delivering complex, high-profile projects. Depending on your experience, you will either lead project delivery or take on a broader role that includes client leadership, team development, and supporting business growth. Leading or supporting the design management of large-scale data centre projectsCoordinating multidisciplinary design teams and managing project deliverablesDriving project meetings, workshops, and design reviewsWorking closely with clients to manage expectations and ensure successful outcomesSupporting commercial, programme, and risk management activitiesContributing to consistency and improvement in design management processesSupporting team development, mentoring, and client engagementYou'll be part of a collaborative, expert team with a strong pipeline of exciting projects. What We're Looking ForWe're looking for experienced design professionals with a strong technical background in engineering-led, multidisciplinary project delivery. Candidates should be comfortable coordinating complex interfaces on technically demanding projects. Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a closely related technical discipline. Significant experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary construction projects. Ideally within data centres, mission-critical, or similarly technical environments.
