The Team
Cundall’s HR team provides exceptional people support to our highly skilled engineering and support teams all around the world. Cundall are leading the way in the provision of creative, sustainable design solutions, and to keep up with the growing demands of the organisation, we are looking for a Resourcing Business Partner for Early Careers to support our goals of being the most inclusive consultancy in our industry and providing a candidate and employee experience which is second to none.

As part of our wider Human Resources service, the Resourcing team play a crucial role in ensuring Cundall attracts, hires, and retains the best talent.
This role could be based out of our London, Birmingham, Newcastle or Manchester offices. We embrace an agile working approach, so you can expect to split your working hours between home and the office.
The Role
You will hold responsibility for the successful delivery and evolution of Early Careers assessment, selection and development programmes. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, selecting and retaining talent including our Graduate, Internship and Apprenticeship opportunities. You will support the business in their resourcing needs by proactively partnering with educational institutions and providers, delivering campaigns and advertising as well as providing advice, guidance and training to the organisation.
While you will be based in the UK where the majority of the needs are, this role is standalone in Early Careers so would be involved in activities across our regions including UKI, Europe, MENA and Asia Pacific. As this is a standalone role, we are looking for demonstrable experience in a similar role. - Experience in a fast-paced, in-house environment
- Stakeholder management experience
- International experience advantageous
