Cundall’s Birmingham Building Services team is seeking a Building Services Technician or Senior Building Services Technician to join our Birmingham office to produce and coordinate BIM models and drawings for RIBA Stages 2-4 MEP design across local and international projects.
You will implement standards, manage models from setup to final issue, input data in COBie/IFC/Uniclass, run clash detection with Navisworks, and contribute to automation with the in-house Digital Team.
