Experience of projects working closely with other disciplines, and interfacing directly with clients, Local Authorities and other key stakeholders would also be an advantage. You should be a multi‑skilled engineer with experience across roads, drainage, flood risk assessments, pavement design, public realm, earthworks and utility infrastructure. Experience in highways design for private development and local authority projects would be very beneficial in order to supplement the current skills across the combined team and support wider business aims to develop highway opportunities throughout the Midlands and North‑West.

The successful candidate will possess both technical knowledge and managerial ability with a proven track record in being able to successfully deliver projects (on time and within budgetary constraints).
