Cundall in Birmingham is seeking a Building Services Technician or Senior Building Services Technician to produce and coordinate BIM Models and Drawings for MEP design across multiple projects. You will manage models from setup to final issue, input COBie/IFC data, run clash detection, and support automation initiatives using Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud, collaborating with engineers and BIM Leads to deliver coordinated, standards-compliant drawings.
