Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? As a Food and Beverage Manager on board Cunard, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team across multiple outlets. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, resolving guest concerns efficiently, and continuously identifying opportunities to enhance satisfaction scores.
In this senior leadership role, you will:
- Build, lead, and inspire a cohesive and motivated team
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring excellence in service and guest satisfaction
- Drive financial performance, monitor departmental budgets, and control costs
- Conduct performance appraisals, identify development opportunities, and support managers and supervisors in leading their teams
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance, including COSHH, USPH, and food safety regulations
We're looking for someone who can:
- Prioritise and organise effectively while managing multiple venues and large teams
- Communicate confidently and clearly with colleagues and guests from diverse nationalities
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail to consistently deliver a premium product
Preferred experience level:
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Manager on board a cruise ship
- Strong financial acumen with a proven track record in managing stock, budgets, and cost controls
- In-depth knowledge of COSHH, USPH, and food hygiene standards
- Extensive leadership experience, including team development, performance management, and motivation—ideally within the cruise industry
