Our Chef de Partie’s are the food superheroes responsible for one of the sections within our galley operation. They’re dedicated to sharing their expert knowledge, managing and developing training members of the team. With the wider Cunard team by their side, the Chef De Parties work valiantly to serve our guests high quality, professionally prepared food products.

Are you someone who is organised and can adapt the operation to match the number of guests dining at one time? Are you able to use your initiative with your teams to find practical solutions to everyday challenges? Do you lead by example at work so that your team provides the smoothest service and the highest quality meals?

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience working in high-volume catering environments such as conferences and events, banqueting, or large-scale 5-star hotels
  • Previous supervisory or management experience within large galley or kitchen teams
  • Experience working on a cruise ship galley would be a strong advantage, but is not essential
