What You’ll Do

  • Take full ownership of your culinary area, ensuring impeccable quality and presentation of all dishes in line with Cunard’s corporate menus.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including Public Health standards.
  • Manage financial costs and operational efficiency effectively.
  • Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience managing a large team onboard at Sous Chef level.
  • Strong understanding of cost control and budget management.
  • Working knowledge of MXP and familiarity with CSQ and NPS targets.
  • Extensive experience with USPH standards.
  • Competent IT skills and ability to lead, manage, and inspire a diverse team.

Please note that a Personal Survival Techniques (PST) STCW is a requirement for this role. Further information will be provided should your application be successful.
