We are looking for a talented Service Advisor to join our team specializing in Service for our Distribution Business in Wellingborough.
Responsibilities
- Service-manufacture order opening, TECO, business complete and invoicing.
- Preparation of quotes for service/overhaul (SAP or other).
- Subcontract purchase requisition order – purchase order raising.
- Supplier liaison/parts and return tracking.
- Maintenance/updating relevant trackers.
- Maintain/update all details on SAP.
- Drafting repair plans, compiling complete job packs with documentation as necessary.
- Regular check ins/communication to technicians, adapting and updating information where necessary (including customer communications).
- Regular audit of job pack documents to ensure compliance and timely completion per service processes.
