Overview
In this role you will support service-manufacture order handling, TECO, business completion and invoicing, and quotes for service/overhaul. You will maintain SAP data, manage supplier liaison and tracking, and draft repair plans with complete job packs. You will regularly check in with technicians and update customers, ensuring compliance with service processes and timely completion. Based in the rail service office in Wellingborough, you will contribute to efficient service operations and cross-functional collaboration with the team.
Responsibilities
- Open service/manufacture orders and TECO/invoicing processes
- Prepare quotes for service/overhaul (SAP or other)
- Raise subcontract purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Liaise with suppliers and track parts/returns
- Maintain and update trackers and all SAP details
- Draft repair plans and compile complete job packs
- Regularly communicate with technicians and customers
- Audit job packs for compliance and timely completion
