We are looking for a talented Senior IT Service Delivery Leader, SAP MM and EWM to join our team specializing in SAP S4HANA MM EWM structure, putaway/pick, staging, physical inventory that shorten cycle times and reduce manual work.
Own the change lifecycle—from fit‑gap and configuration through testing (unit/SIT/UAT), transport management, and production readiness—so releases land smoothly and predictably. Strengthen stakeholder trust as the day‑to‑day SME/point of contact for MM/EWM, aligning architects, process owners, and vendors around priorities, roadmaps, and value realization.
Uphold strong governance by maintaining documentation, adhering to change‑control, and ensuring audit, data‑quality, and master‑data standards for materials, plants, storage locations, and warehouse attributes. Advance the Quantum transformation by partnering with global support teams to harmonize processes and enable Europe plus the judgment to “adopt standard” wherever possible.
End‑to‑end delivery discipline: fit‑gap, functional specs, test design/execution, UAT coordination, transport/change control, and production hypercare. Stakeholder and vendor partnership skills to prioritize demand, communicate trade‑offs, and resolve issues with global teams and implementation partners.
Continuous‑improvement mindset with strong problem‑solving and analytical skills to turn data, defects, and feedback into measurable operational gains.
Education/ Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years SAP experience with strong MM/EWM configuration (e.g., purchasing, sourcing, release strategies, procurement types, valuation EWM structure, storage types/bins, putaway/pick, staging, physical inventory).
- Preferred: SAP S/4HANA certifications in MM/EWM; exposure to integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft) and interfaces (IDocs/API); Fiori and forms experience.
- Familiarity with Solution Manager/CHaRM, incident/problem management, and audit/compliance practices (change control, data governance, master‑data quality).
- Demonstrated delivery in Source‑to‑Pay, Plan‑to‑Build, and Warehouse Management workstreams within S/4HANA programs (e.g., Quantum/global template).
