We are looking for a talented Customer Order Management Specialist to join our European Aftermarket team, specialising in Supply Chain Planning for our Cummins Drivetrain & Braking Systems in Redditch, United Kingdom. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Driving seamless end‑to‑end order execution by managing the full order life cycle to ensure accurate, timely fulfilment for assigned customer accounts.
  • Serving as a trusted single point of contact for customers, resolving order processing, scheduling, and shipping queries with clarity and confidence.
  • Providing consultative guidance on lead times, availability, policies, and minor technical questions to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Managing escalations to closure by taking ownership of issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Demonstrating exceptional customer support through empathy, professionalism, and proactive communication at every stage of the order life cycle.
