We are looking for a talented Senior IT Service Delivery Leader, SAP PS and SD to join our team specializing in SAP S4HANA project Systems with strong Sales and Distribution module functional skill in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, United Kingdom. This role is categorised as onsite with flexibility and open to candidates based in the UK and Europe where Cummins has a legal entity and must live within a commutable distance of a Cummins site.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Strengthen end-to-end project and billing processes in S/4HANA by optimizing SAP PS-SD integration.
- Translate business needs into effective system configurations that enhance operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying functional gaps and designing sustainable solutions.
- Ensure system stability and reliability through expert incident management and root-cause analysis.
- Build strong partnerships with architects, process owners, and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead fit-gap assessments and functional design efforts that improve standardization across regions.
- Coordinate testing, UAT, and release readiness to support smooth deployments and stable operations.
- Act as a strategic advisor (BSM/BRM) by understanding stakeholder priorities and enabling measurable value.

Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience. 5+ years SAP experience with deep expertise in PS and solid SD integration knowledge. Preferred: SAP S/4HANA certifications (PS/EPPM, SD) and exposure to integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft). Experience working with global delivery models, vendors, and change-control processes.
