We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our Power Systems Business Segment in Daventry. This is a permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week on a three-rotational shift pattern, ensuring you have variety and balance in your working schedule.
Shift Patterns:
- Morning Shift: Monday to Friday, 07.00am - 3.00pm
- Mid Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3.00pm - 11.00pm and Friday 10.30pm finish
- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11.00pm - 07.00am
Competitive Salary Package: £43,806 (depending on experience), plus shift allowance (£105 per week for Mid and £157.50 per week for Night), overtime, annual bonus, and a Cummins Reward Scheme.
