We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Apprentice to join our team specializing in IT Infrastructure Support for our Enterprise Platforms shared service group in UK Darlington. During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

Summary of the course: The Multi Skilled IT Support Apprentice Technician role is a developmental position within the Regional Enterprise Platforms Infrastructure team. During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week, inclusive of 1 day per week for study at Middlesbrough College. The working hours are 8am to 16.30pm. On completion of this apprenticeship, you will obtain an Information Communications Technician Level 3 Qualification.
