Are you an experienced logistics professional with a strong administrative background? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing UK business within the commercial catering and refrigeration sector. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Logistics Supervisor will take ownership of the day-to-day running of outbound equipment sales shipments and collections. This is a pivotal role where you'll oversee operations, coordinate with transport partners, and ensure a seamless delivery experience for customers.
- Managing daily outbound shipments and collections
- Coordinating delivery schedules with third-party transport providers
- Overseeing daily logistics operations and handling enquiries
- Handling damage claims with couriers
- Monitoring and chasing outstanding collections and returns
