Are you an experienced logistics professional with a strong administrative background? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing UK business within the commercial catering and refrigeration sector. With a nationwide customer base and a reputation for quality products and reliable service, this organisation continues to go from strength to strength.
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Logistics Supervisor will take ownership of the day-to-day running of outbound equipment sales shipments and collections. This is a pivotal role where you'll oversee operations, coordinate with transport partners, and ensure a seamless delivery experience for customers.
- Managing daily outbound shipments and collections
- Coordinating delivery schedules with third-party transport providers
- Overseeing daily logistics operations and handling enquiries
- Handling damage claims with couriers
- Monitoring and chasing outstanding collections and returns
