Due to continued success, we are now looking for an ambitious Temporary Recruitment Consultant to join our Commercial division, stepping into a warm, well-established desk with strong client relationships already in place.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
Your new role:
- Managing a temporary commercial recruitment desk, supporting our existing portfolio of high-quality clients.
- Building strong, consultative relationships with clients to understand their workforce needs and deliver timely, effective recruitment solutions.
- Sourcing, engaging and placing top commercial temp talent across a range of roles.
- Managing the full temp recruitment lifecycle, including candidate availability, bookings, aftercare and compliance.
- Proactively developing new client relationships to grow your desk and increase revenue.

- Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential; we are more interested in transferable skills such as sales ability, resilience, strong communication and a genuine desire to succeed (full training provided).
- Someone who enjoys working at pace and is highly organised, with great attention to detail.
