  • Monitor campaign performance, reporting on insights and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing activity.
  • Contribute creative ideas to campaign planning and brand development.
  • Support digital activity including website updates, email campaigns and social scheduling.
  • Help drive customer engagement, footfall and commercial growth through effective marketing activity.

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office and basic data handling.
  • Experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable

  • Experience within retail, trade or consumer‑facing sectors.
  • Understanding of print production processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms or analytics tools.

Benefits

  • Salary up to £34,000 DOE

  • Varied and creative marketing projects
  • Career development and progression opportunities
  • Supportive and fast‑paced agency environment
