This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with data but wants to go beyond producing reports, playing a key role in helping the business make smarter, data-driven decisions.
Working closely with Finance, Operations, Sales and Procurement, you'll bring together information from multiple systems, analyse business performance and provide valuable insight that supports both day-to-day operations and future growth.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
You'll develop KPI dashboards, analyse trends, identify opportunities for improvement and present your findings in a way that helps colleagues understand not just what is happening, but why.
You'll work with large datasets, improve reporting processes, support budgeting and forecasting, assist with stock and procurement reporting, and help automate reporting where possible.
As your understanding of the business grows, you'll become a trusted partner to stakeholders across multiple departments.
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, interpreting data and influencing decisions through meaningful insight.
You'll ideally have

- Experience working with and analysing large datasets.
- A commercial mindset with an interest in how businesses operate.
- The ability to present complex information in a clear and engaging way.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Experience with ERP systems, Power BI or reporting within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in people with the right analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
What's in it for you?
Circa £35,000 salary.
- The opportunity to make a genuine impact on business performance.
- A collaborative and supportive working environment.
- Exposure to multiple areas of the business, allowing you to broaden your commercial knowledge.
