We’re recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a rapidly growing business operating within the construction, landscaping, forestry, and garden equipment sector. The company supplies around 4,000 products across both B2B and B2C markets through its website, trade counter, eBay, and Amazon platforms. Due to continued growth, they are now building a dedicated customer service function making this a fantastic opportunity to join at an early stage and grow with the team. What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
- Providing updates on orders, deliveries, and account queries
- Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
- Using CRM systems to log and manage customer interactions
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
This role is approximately: 60–70% phone‑based customer service, remaining activity via email communication.
