Working as part of a wider Business Support Team, you will provide essential administrative assistance across the firm, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a high standard of client service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client onboarding and administrative processes
- Preparing draft invoices, letters and credit notes
- Producing correspondence and final client documentation
- Printing, photocopying, and binding documents
- Providing reception cover during busy periods and staff absence
