We're looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take responsibility for our well established Temporary Desk focused on Commercial, Business Support and Accountancy & Finance temps, with 36 years trading history behind us in East Lancashire we have a well established and loyal customer base.
The role offers a supportive environment, modern technology, and a strong focus on professional development, all within a hybrid working framework.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to placement and aftercare.
- Utilise the company's advanced CRM and online platforms to track and manage your recruitment pipeline.
- Promote the company's brand and reputation within the local market.
Previous experience in recruitment is preferable but not essential! Some sales experience, face to face or over the phone is essential.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and developing client accounts.
- Knowledge of the local East Lancashire market is a plus.
33 days holiday (incl BH's) with an extra day every year of service (up to 5 years).
Hybrid working (depending on experience levels).
