Having recently celebrated 35 years in business, Cummins Mellor are looking for an exceptional individual to join our successful team here in Blackburn. We currently support an enviable portfolio of clients with their commercial and finance recruitment needs, and we are now looking for someone to develop a manufacturing and engineering desk with warm client relationships ready to walk into.
Your new role:
- Working with our existing client base of amazing East Lancashire companies, finding them the best talent to achieve their business goals.
- Developing relationships with new organisations to increase our client base and grow our business.
- Finding the best candidates in the market, understanding their motivations and job requirements, and introducing them to exciting opportunities.
Who are we looking for?
- Whilst recruitment experience is preferable, you don’t need it, just the transferable skills such as sales ability, great communication and listening skills, and the desire and drive to progress and achieve (full training will be provided).
- Someone who understands and slots into our culture; we value positive people who are team players.
- A person who loves getting to know people, is naturally curious, tenacious, and loves creating great customer experiences.
