Are you a creative Graphic Designer looking for an opportunity where you can bring your ideas to life across both digital and print?

Our client, a growing business based in Blackburn, is looking for a Graphic Designer to join their Marketing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a creative eye, strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in developing their skills within a busy and varied marketing environment.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play an important role in creating engaging marketing content and supporting campaigns across the business.

What will you be doing?

No two days will be the same, with your role covering a mixture of creative design, digital content and general marketing support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating high-quality marketing materials across both digital and print channels, ensuring brand consistency throughout.
  • Designing artwork for advertising campaigns, social media, email marketing and the company's annual product guide.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of promotions, advertising campaigns and wider marketing activity.
  • Preparing accurate, print-ready artwork for internal and external production.
  • Editing, retouching and optimising product imagery for use across websites, catalogues and other marketing channels.
  • Creating and maintaining online product listings, including descriptions, key features and downloadable content.
  • Working with colleagues across the business to build your product knowledge and ensure marketing content is accurate and engaging.
  • Keeping marketing materials and content up to date in line with brand guidelines.
  • Supporting with general day-to-day administration and telephone enquiries when required.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and proactive, with a real eye for detail and a willingness to learn.

You'll ideally have

  • Previous experience in a Graphic Design or Marketing role, or a relevant qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to proofread and quality-check your own work.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a wider team.
