About the Role

Are you a highly organised and creatively driven marketing professional who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment? We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join a growing marketing team, delivering engaging multi‑channel campaigns for a well‑established retail client. This is a hands‑on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with project management and commercial delivery. You’ll take ownership of campaigns from concept through to execution, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered on time, on brand and to the highest standard. This role will be primarily based at the Blackburn office, with one day per week spent in the Manchester office. Due to the nature of the role and travel requirements, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across print, digital, social and in‑store channels.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials including brochures, POS, signage and promotional assets.
  • Manage suppliers, print production and campaign timelines to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance, reporting on insights and results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing activity.
  • Contribute creative ideas to campaign planning and brand development.
  • Support digital activity including website updates, email campaigns and social scheduling.
  • Help drive customer engagement, footfall and commercial growth through effective marketing activity.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented and passionate about delivering exceptional marketing campaigns.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3–4 years’ experience in a marketing, campaign or agency‑based role.
  • Degree‑qualified in Marketing or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident IT skills including Microsoft Office and basic data handling.
  • Experience delivering integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable

  • Experience within retail, trade or consumer‑facing sectors.
  • Understanding of print production processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms or analytics tools.
