We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant Manager to join a fast-growing 3PL logistics business supporting over 40 client accounts ranging from SMEs through to larger established brands.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being operationally involved, leading from the front, developing people, and improving warehouse performance in a fast-paced environment.

Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of two nearby warehouse facilities, helping to drive efficiency, team performance, and operational excellence as the business continues to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the daily management of warehouse operations across inbound and outbound activity
  • Leading, coaching, and motivating warehouse teams on the shop floor
  • Driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Supporting stock accuracy and warehouse performance through the WMS system
  • Assisting with project-based operational improvements
  • Helping maintain excellent customer service standards across multiple clients
