Permanent Position | We’re on the lookout for a Recruitment Coordinator, ideally with hospitality experience to support our fast-moving temp desk within our sister company, CJUK.
The Role
You’ll play a vital part in keeping our temporary recruitment operation running smoothly. Supporting chefs and hospitality professionals on the ground, you’ll help ensure clients are covered — even at short notice — and shifts are filled efficiently.
Your day-to-day
- Supporting daily temp bookings and handling last-minute shift cover
- Sourcing, screening and registering hospitality candidates using job boards, databases and social media
- Managing availability, rotas and shift confirmations
- Keeping candidate records accurate, including right-to-work checks and compliance
- Communicating quickly and clearly with both candidates and clients
- Assisting with timesheets, payroll queries and general temp recruitment administration

About You
You’ll bring energy, organisation and a solid understanding of hospitality life. You’ll need:
- Previous hands-on experience working in hospitality (essential)
- Confidence engaging with chefs and clients alike on the telephone, building strong working relationships quickly
- A professional, friendly phone manner and the ability to communicate clearly under pressure
- Confidence using social media and an interest in attracting candidates through digital platforms
- The ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced, reactive environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
