PERMANENT POSITION | BLACKBURN
We are looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to take responsibility of our Accountancy & Finance desk. Responsibilities:
- Source and attract suitable candidates for accountancy and finance roles across a range of clients in East Lancashire
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to placement and aftercare
- Conduct interviews and assessment of candidates, providing guidance and feedback
- Utilise the company's advanced CRM and online platforms to track and manage your recruitment pipeline
- Promote the company's brand and reputation within the local market.
Successful candidate profile:
- Previous experience in recruitment is preferable but not essential!
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing candidates and developing client accounts
- Organised, with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities effectively
- Knowledge of the local Lancashire market is a plus
