We are looking for a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to take responsibility for our Accountancy & Finance desk. Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract suitable candidates for accountancy and finance roles across a range of clients in East Lancashire.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to placement and aftercare.
  • Conduct interviews and assessment of candidates, providing guidance and feedback.
  • Utilise the company's advanced CRM and online platforms to track and manage your recruitment pipeline.
  • Promote the company's brand and reputation within the local market.

Successful candidate profile:

  • Previous experience in recruitment is preferable but not essential.
