A local business in Blackburn is looking for Administrators to join their team on a long-term temporary basis to start as soon as possible. The role will initially be an ongoing temporary contract but could be made into a permanent role for the right person. This role is available due to internal development as the team is now expanding therefore, seeking support on a temporary basis to join their business. The Role: Sitting in on crucial meetings Taking minutes via a laptop Supporting the Senior Leadership Team Taking the detailed notes and inputting the information on the system Manning emails Ad-hoc administration Arranging, and attending meetings via Microsoft teams Dealing with requests via email Processing DBSs and/or references You: Organisational skills Excellent minute taking skills/typing skills Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
