Overview

We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our team specializing in Parts for our Service Operations Department in Langley, United Kingdom.

This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm

Responsibilities

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways :

  • Enhancing Customer Satisfaction: By promptly assisting technicians and customers with parts needs, you’ll ensure smooth operations and build trust through reliable service.

  • Promoting Safety and Compliance: Your adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards helps maintain a safe workplace and sets a strong example for others.

  • Driving Operational Efficiency: Through accurate processing of transactions and paperwork, you’ll help streamline parts counter operations and reduce delays.

  • Strengthening Internal Collaboration: Working closely with technicians and other personnel to source parts fosters teamwork and improves service delivery.

  • Mentoring and Developing Others: Sharing your knowledge and guiding less experienced team members will elevate the overall capability of the parts department.

  • Supporting Continuous Improvement: Your participation in improvement projects contributes to innovation and better processes within the department.

  • Boosting Revenue Opportunities: Identifying upsell opportunities for supporting products and services adds value for customers and supports business growth.

  • Maintaining Inventory Accuracy and Organization: By managing stock levels and warehouse activities, you’ll help ensure parts availability and a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

Education/ Experience

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills.

  • Requires significant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
