DESCRIPTION We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our team specializing in Parts for our Service Operations Department in Langley, United Kingdom. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm.
Responsibilities
- Enhancing Customer Satisfaction: By promptly assisting technicians and customers with parts needs, you\\\’ll ensure smooth operations and build trust through reliable service.
- Promoting Safety and Compliance: Your adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards helps maintain a safe workplace and sets a strong example for others.

- Strong Inventory & Core Management Skills: You\\\’ll need to effectively manage service core parts, engines, and local store inventory using core flow processes and inventory control methodologies to meet operational and customer expectations.
- Technical Proficiency with Systems & Tools: Familiarity with systems like QSOL for parts identification, and order life cycle systems for processing and managing customer orders, is essential for accuracy and efficiency.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Success depends on your ability to deliver proactive support throughout the order life cycle, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and resolution of queries.
- Attention to Detail & Organizational Skills: Managing API counts, cycle counts, transport requests, and warehouse activities requires precision, consistency, and a well-organized approach to avoid errors and delays.
- Education/Experience: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations; proficiency in Microsoft applications, generating reports, and advanced level computer skills; requires significant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- Licensing: This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
