DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an enthusiastic Global Desktop IT placement student to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate/CBS Business Unit in Daventry, United Kingdom. During your placement, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining tools and exposure to become an industry expert.

This role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence on 1 July 2025.

The role requires being onsite Monday to Friday during business hours; candidates must be able to travel to the location.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining existing business / IT systems.
• Leading small projects or initiatives from inception to completion.
• Supporting and improving processes, including process flow mapping, data collection and analysis, testing, and problem solving.
• Analyzing business and user needs and documenting requirements.
• Identifying and designing business and IT solutions.
• Participating in cross-functional, cross-business unit, and global initiatives, supporting projects with project management methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Studying towards a degree in IT, Business, or Project Management.
• Ability to learn, analyze, and understand business and technical processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
