About the Role
The Health, Safety, and Environment Placement Student will support the HSE team with project work and reporting within the Engine Business Segment in Darlington, UK.
Responsibilities
- Support the HSE team with project work and COSHH assessments.
- Conduct research and investigate projects in specific Health, Safety, and Environment areas.
- Manage completion of project reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis with the Regional Health, Safety and Environment leaders.
- Prepare and publish monthly Health, Safety and Environment reports.
- Provide support to the team with internal auditing running projects that add real impact and value.
Qualifications
- Currently working towards a degree in Health & Safety, Environmental, or STEM.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft packages; experience with Power BI preferred.
- Ability to collate data, solve problems, and think innovatively.
- Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
