- Supporting the identification, resolution and implementation of fixes on key product issues with Automotive OEM's (Original Equipment Manufacturer)
- Initial data capture and Warranty claim information processing
- Analysis of customer returned parts and field investigation for potential product issues
- Supporting OEM account teams in finding resolutions to Customer issues
- Component failure assessment and processing
- Identification of Key Customer issues through data analysis Currently working towards a degree in STEM Subject, preferably Mechanical engineering, Automotive vehicle engineering or Aerospace engineering degree
- Willingness to adapt a hands on approach.
- Structured, analytical approach to problem solving.
- Flexible approach to work, able to work as part of a team and independently.
