We are looking for a talented Product Engineering Specialist to join our team specialising in Engineering for our Cummins Components Software organisation in Huddersfield, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and improve innovative products and engineering solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, suppliers, and customer‑facing teams to support product development activities.
  • Help solve technical challenges using structured problem‑solving methods and data‑driven decision making.
  • Contribute to product testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.
  • Support engineering projects from concept through implementation, taking ownership of deliverables and helping drive successful outcomes.
  • Share knowledge, build relationships, and contribute to an inclusive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Engineering or a related STEM discipline; equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn and develop in a technical environment.
