We are looking for a talented Production Scheduling Coordinator to join our team specializing in Supply Chain Planning in UK, Daventry
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Maintain, update, and publish Engine and Genset SBM build documentation on designated days, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements, while providing cover for counterparts as required.

Support Production Schedulers with forecasting activities, including data analysis, forecast maintenance, and participation in forecast review calls.

Collaborate with the Materials team to support engine promise dates and ensure alignment between supply availability and customer demand.

Provide accurate and timely production planning data, reports, and performance metrics that enable informed business decisions.

Collaborate closely with Planning, Materials, Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to align operational activities with customer requirements.

Contribute to a safe, high-quality, and accountable work environment by supporting HSE, quality, and operational excellence initiatives.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex and changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions and collaborate across multiple functions.

Working knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, materials planning systems, and supply chain processes.

A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to take ownership, drive accountability, and continuously improve performance.
Education/ Experience:
-
High school diploma, secondary education certificate, or equivalent qualification; additional education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business, or a related field is advantageous.

1-4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, materials planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related operational environment.

Experience working with ERP, planning, or materials management systems and reporting tools.
-
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration within manufacturing, logistics, operations, or supply chain environments is preferred.
