We are looking for a talented Materials Operator to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Materials department in Daventry, UK. This is a fixed term contract up to 24 months, with the potential for a permanent contract. Working 37.5 hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern of:

  • Mornings: Monday to Friday 6.45am – 2.45pm
  • Afternoons: Monday to Friday 3.00pm – 11.00pm

Although not required as training will be provided, candidates with experience operating any PIV help to contribute to a safe, more efficient and productive workplace.

  • Teamwork and Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively within the Materials team and across departments. Communicate clearly about processes, issues, and safety concerns.
  • PIV (Powered Industrial Vehicle) Experience.
