Cummins is proud to support the Armed Forces community through our Civilian Work Attachment (CWA) Programme, delivered in partnership with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP). This two-week placement has been designed to help Service Leavers gain practical experience within a global engineering organisation, providing valuable insight into civilian industry while exploring how the skills developed during military service can be applied across engineering and manufacturing.
Working alongside experienced engineers, technicians and manufacturing professionals, you'll gain first-hand experience of how products are designed, built, tested and validated before reaching customers. The placement offers broad exposure to a range of technical disciplines, allowing you to explore different career pathways and discover where your skills and interests best fit within Cummins.
About the Placement
Engineering at Cummins is highly collaborative. Product development, manufacturing, testing and engineering support teams work together throughout the product lifecycle to develop innovative, reliable products that meet the needs of customers around the world.
