We are looking for a talented Branch Supervisor - Single Small Branch, specialising in General Management, for the Distribution Business Unit in Leeds, United Kingdom. This role is 100% On-site.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring alignment with financial metrics and Annual Operating Plan targets.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Promote a customer-centric culture by monitoring Net Promoter Score and implementing service improvements.
- Lead Safety and Compliance: Champion health, safety, and environmental standards, fostering a proactive safety culture and ensuring legal compliance.
- Optimise Resources: Improve workshop efficiency and resource utilisation to maximise productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and Motivate Teams: Build strong, engaged teams through coaching, development plans, and effective delegation.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with service operations, admin teams, and business development leaders to meet customer requirements and drive improvements.
