We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Administrator to join our team, working within a range of different functions at our UK Logistics Centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire. During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organisation operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!
The Logistics Operations Apprentice role is a developmental position within UKLC, offering experience across functions such as Facilities, Finance, Continuous Improvement and Quality. The role is to be onsite 5 days per week (7.5 hours per day) with 1 study day per month at Northampton College, leading to a Business Administrator Level 3 qualification with the opportunity to progress to Level 4.
Responsibilities:- Supporting operational processes across functions such as Finance, Facilities, Quality, Safety, Transport and Training.
- Recording and documenting processes and procedures to support standardised ways of working.
- Planning and coordinating tasks and activities to support day-to-day logistics operations.
- Supporting quality and continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Using IT systems and data to track performance, maintain records, and support decision making.
- Assisting with projects and cross‑functional activities that improve operational efficiency.
- Obtained equivalent of GCSEs in Math’s, English and IT grade 4/C or above, all other subjects at grade 4/C or above and have been a UK resident for 3 years or above.
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, adaptability and willingness to learn across different departments.
- Ability to use initiative, solve problems, professionalism and a positive attitude.

Our program is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience that prepares you for a successful career in the industry. Due to the operational nature and specific job duties of this role, work is required to be completed 100% in person/On‑site.
